Gabriella Miller Kids First Pediatric Research Program (Kids First)
Kids First studies on the data portal are ready for analysis, having been harmonized and curated by the Kids First Data Resource Center team. These experts apply deep experience with pediatric data and are considerate of community feedback. Kids First data is functionally equivalent to other extensive genomic efforts, such as the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) Portal and the National Cancer Institute’s Genomic Data Commons.
FaceBase
FaceBase offers an array of facial scans, Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS), morphometrics, and other protected human data that require making a request from the FaceBase Data Access Committee.
NIH Helping to End Addiction Long-term® Initiative (HEAL)
The HEAL Data Platform is a single web interface which allows visitors to discover, access, and analyze data generated by HEAL-funded, as well as HEAL-relevant, studies within a distributed ecosystem. Making HEAL data easily findable enables secondary, cross-study analyses, promotes dissemination of the HEAL Initiative's research, and accelerates new discoveries.
Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study (ABCD Study(R)) via the National Institute of Mental Health Data Archive
The ABCD Study is designed to permit the scientific community to answer important questions about the relationships among physical and mental health, cognition, substance use (SU), culture and environment, genetics, environmental exposures, and brain development of adolescents. The ABCD Study is a nationwide study of more than 10,000 9-10 year-olds conducted at 21 sites, providing a representative sample and a large twin sample that together can help distinguish environmental, sociocultural, and genetic factors relevant to adolescent health and brain development.
